Most items take anything from 3-8 weeks turnaround on average (this is hard to narrow down as depends entirely on what each order is and how many there is a day)

The turnaround can be quite high due to most items being personalised. They need to be; Ordered from suppliers, sent to me, prepped, sanded, multiple coats of paint while sanding in between and then sealing your items, not to mention the drying times and packaging and sending.

The main delivery option being 48 Hour Tracked to UK or International Tracked

I have tried other companies and Royal Mail have never let me down so far and seem to be the most reliable and careful, as a lot of TLC goes into making every creation therefore the last thing anyone wants is damage or loss.

Unfortunately I Do Not Accept Refunds or Returns. This is due to every item being personalised and made to order therefore can’t be resold.

Please, please, please double check all the details you are putting in for customisations as once these have been ordered there’s no going back.
